About 25% of the time shall be spent on an introduction into the field of Advanced Analytics; what technologies, the typical areas where advanced analytics is applied and typical results in terms of improvement of KPI’s and business results. The next 50% will be spent on uses cases, success stories but also the pitfalls and lessons learned from these use cases. The remaining 25% shall be used for a management game using an simple Advanced Analytics application.
